I forgot to tell you that Teri did a great job when we went out with her and she did a ton of work researching houses before we got there.

Adam was great. Because of our distant location from the property that was for sale, he took control of the situation, as we asked him to. He arranged and oversaw the repairs that needed to be done and was always available when we needed him. Amazing job!!

The experience with Marty was magnificent. I trusted her implicitly; her conduct both professionally and personally was exceptional and the entire process from beginning to end was pretty painless and without anxiety. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Easy! Marilee made everything easy for me in finding a place to fit my needs. She was more than enjoyable to work with and she knew the areas she showed me and the communities we looked in. Probably my best experience to date with any realtor - and we have relocated quite a few times. She applied her faith based principles with mine in looking for places to show me and she drove the distances in showing them to me.

Lauri was AMAZING. She was so responsive and helpful at every stage of the process. When we came down to visit the area, Lauri set aside several days to show us around and introduce us to the area. She made the process of making an offer and closing a breeze, and we are so grateful for her. We would recommend her over and over again!

Kelly was exceptional from beginning to end. The first time we spoke to her was while she was on a family vacation in Hawaii, and she took the time to speak with us, help us focus our search, make arrangements for us for that weekend, and make sure we were in good hands. Upon her return from her trip, she handled every aspect of our transaction with expertise and professionalism.

Kelly knew the local market, the LDS community (and related considerations), was very well connected, and was instrumental in guiding us to a choice location where our kids would be in top schools and youth programs. The market was very competitive, and she was dialed in! She found us a very nice home before it ever hit the market. She got us early (first) access, and we were under contract before anyone else even had a chance. Her negotiations with the listing agent were critical to securing the deal, and she saved us $15k as we entered into escrow. Meanwhile, when it came to the negotiation process for repairs, she once again saved us another $4k. She monitored our transaction from beginning to end, kept us informed, and made sure we crossed our t's and dotted our i's. I have told many people already that we were very blessed to have her as our agent, and I would recommend her to everyone without any reservations.
