Ginger was wonderful to work with purchasing our new home. She spend a lot of time listening to us and finding homes that fit our wants. We ended up building new construction and she kept on top of everything to make it move smoothly through the process. I would recommend her to anyone looking to move to this area.

I am more than pleased with both Helen and Judd. They make a wonderful team. They were very knowledgeable. I always felt that my questions and concerns were important to them. We were looking for a place to spend the winters. We found a place and made an offer which was accepted and then my husband and I headed back to Cedar City. Helen took care of the inspections for us. Easy! Marilee made everything easy for me in finding a place to fit my needs. She was more than enjoyable to work with and she knew the areas she showed me and the communities we looked in. Probably my best experience to date with any realtor - and we have relocated quite a few times. Moving is always hectic. Kelly was amazing! We moved from out of state and really had no idea what we wanted or were looking for. She was so helpful. She helped us make and navigate multiple offers and negotiations. She went back to the house we were under contract for multiple times to check things for us while we were out of state. I really couldn't recommend her more!
